Hey everyone!
If you’ve been hanging out in our Discord lately, you’ve probably seen a ton of bite-sized sneak peeks popping up. But if you missed them - or you're more of a Steam scroller - don’t worry! It’s time to round them all up and drop them here for your viewing pleasure. Let’s take a look at what we’ve been working on over the past few weeks in Ardem:
So, let’s round up another month's worth!
We kicked things off with a new weapon in the works—the M14! It’s one of ten new guns coming to Ardem, and while it's technically for shooting robots... well, we’ll let your moral compass (and server rules) decide what really happens out there.

The days of playing as "that one bald dude" are coming to an end. We shared our first look at the upcoming customisable character model - and yes, it’s still in progress, but we’re getting closer every day!

During one of our bi-weekly team check-ins, we showed off Dini’s work on a new point of interest - the Prison! It’s got serious potential as a base location, but let’s just say... it’s not exactly move-in ready.
We’re always adding new places like this, and they’re shaping up to be big additions for future closed alpha testing.

🎉 It’s here! We shared a first look at Ardem’s in-progress Character Creator! 🎉
Our bald friend has served us well, but it’s time to pass the torch. This system’s still in development, but you can now see where it’s headed - and yes, it’s as cool as you hoped.

Right after the Character Creator reveal, we followed up with something even better: a character, fully customised and already exploring the world of Ardem. And yes, there’s hair! It exists!
We’re also experimenting with clothing customization, so stay tuned - more on that soon. 👕

We said goodbye to Chris, our community wizard, who helped build so much of the friendly tone you know and love. We’re wishing him all the best in his new adventure, and we’re incredibly thankful for his time with us. With that said, Phillip stepped in to take over the updates - and what better way to start than with a timelapse GIF of a new scope being modelled? One of many new attachments (and weapons) heading into the game!

Plotpoles just got a massive upgrade—literally. Say hello to the new Plot Antennas!
We’re introducing five stages of upgradeable antennas, each expanding your building radius but also increasing maintenance needs. They require new resources to build and keep running, so get ready to make some choices on how you invest in your base’s future. 📡

#1 – Locked, Loaded, and... Kinda Sarcastic?

#2 – Custom Characters Are Coming
